Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the contractual relationship between StrasVan — EI and any customer booking a private transfer via navette-europapark.com. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the present terms.

Bookings are made online. Payment is due at booking by credit card or Apple Pay. Confirmation by email is delivered within five minutes.

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. Between 48 hours and 2 hours: 50% retained. Later or no-show: 100% retained. Flight delays documented via the airline API trigger an automatic pickup reschedule at no extra cost.

The carrier holds €5M professional liability insurance. Consumer disputes may be referred to a French consumer mediator or to the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). Governing law: French law.
