Booking and payment
How do I book a shuttle?
Via our online quote tool — 30 seconds for a fixed price on both van and sedan. Secure payment by credit card or Apple Pay. Email confirmation within the minute, driver contact details by SMS 24 hours before pickup.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, plus bank transfer for corporate accounts. No card numbers stored on our servers (PCI-DSS via Stripe). VAT invoice issued within 24 hours.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. Between 48 hours and 2 hours, 50% retained. Later or no-show, 100%. Documented flight delays trigger an automatic reschedule at no extra cost.

What vehicles do you operate?
Mercedes V-Class van (7 passengers with full luggage) and Mercedes E-Class sedan (3 passengers). All under three years old, Mercedes dealership serviced, deep-cleaned after every trip.
How much does a shuttle to Europa-Park cost?
From Strasbourg: €150 van / €140 sedan. Basel (BSL): €235 / €185. Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden (FKB): €130 / €100. Frankfurt (FRA): €430 / €340. Zurich (ZRH): €450 / €400. Round-trip −15%.
Are luggage, tolls and fuel included?
Yes, everything is included. No luggage surcharge, no toll surcharge, no fuel surcharge, no late-night surcharge. Quoted price = billed price.

Which airport is closest to Europa-Park?
Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden (FKB) at 45 km, 45 min — the closest. Then Strasbourg (SXB) 80 km, Basel (BSL) 95 km, Zurich (ZRH) 240 km, Frankfurt (FRA) 200 km. All served.
Do you track my flight in real time?
Yes, via the official airline APIs. The driver sees your flight live: takeoff, en route, approach, touchdown. Up to 45 minutes of free waiting absorbed. Beyond that we contact you to extend.
Where does the driver meet me at the airport?
In the arrivals hall, past customs, with a name board. Exact meeting point varies by airport — detailed instructions sent by SMS 24 hours before your flight.
Families, children, groups
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, free of charge. Baby seats (group 0+/1) and booster seats (group 2/3) on request at booking. Please specify each child’s age and weight so the driver installs the right equipment before you arrive.
How many passengers maximum?
V-Class: 7 passengers with luggage. E-Class sedan: 3 passengers. For 8–14 we operate two coordinated V-Class vans (10% discount on the second). Beyond 14, we refer you to a coach partner.
Practical
Do you speak English?
All our drivers speak fluent English, plus French and German. Some additionally speak conversational Spanish or Portuguese, useful on transfers from the EuroAirport or Strasbourg airport.
Do you issue a VAT invoice?
Yes, every time. PDF invoice by email within 24 hours. Corporate accounts can be billed via purchase order with 30-day payment terms and SEPA bank transfer at no fee.
