    Your driver arrives ten minutes early at the exact address. Name board at the train station or airport arrivals hall, with live flight tracking for incoming flights.

  4. Drop-off at the park entrance

    We drop you right at the main Europa-Park entrance, not at the P1 car park 400 metres away. Your day starts straight at the turnstile, without the parking walk.

How long is the drive to Europa-Park from the region?

From Strasbourg, 1 hour 5 minutes (80 km). From Basel or EuroAirport (BSL), 1 hour 30 (95 km). From Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden Airport (FKB), 45 minutes (45 km). From Frankfurt, 2 hours 15 (200 km). From Zurich, 2 hours 30 (240 km). All durations are real-world averages, not best-case.

Do you wait if my flight is delayed?

Yes. We track your flight via the airline API, so we already know about delays before you land. Up to 45 minutes of free waiting is included in the fixed price. Beyond that, we contact you to reschedule without penalty in most cases.

Can I book a round-trip with a discount?

Yes. The round-trip package is 15% cheaper than two one-way bookings. The return leg is scheduled at booking time, but can be rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before if your plans change.

What vehicles do you offer?

A Mercedes V-Class van (up to 7 passengers with full luggage) and a Mercedes E-Class sedan (up to 3 passengers). Both are less than three years old and serviced at the Mercedes dealership. Both take child seats and booster seats free of charge on request.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, free of charge. Baby seats (group 0+/1) and booster seats (group 2/3) are available on request at booking. Please specify each child’s age and weight so the driver installs the correct equipment before you arrive.

Where do you pick me up?

Anywhere you need: hotel, private address, train station, airport arrivals hall. Name board provided at stations and airports. Multi-stop pickup (e.g. hotel then airport) is possible on request with a small routing fee.

How do I pay and when?

You pay online at the time of booking by credit card or Apple Pay. The full amount is charged immediately — this secures your reservation and locks the price. No tip expected, drivers are paid a fair salary.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. Between 48 hours and 2 hours, 50% of the price is retained. In the case of a documented flight or train delay, we reschedule at no extra cost, even at the last minute.
